Holiday Book Giveaway!





As a thank you to all of our fans, we’re giving away four fantastic books to one lucky winner!  The first is Mexican Slow Cooking by Deborah Schneider who co-authored the Ranch’s very own cookbook, Cooking with the Seasons.  Then we have three books by Glamour columnist, Pamela Redmond; the inspiring 30 Things Every Woman Should Have and Should Know by the Time She’s 30, the hilarious How Not to Act Old, and the beautiful novel, The Possibility of You.

Follow the Ranch on Facebook and Twitter.  Then leave a comment here on our blog describing one of your goals for the New Year!  Winner will be picked at random.

  • Only one entry per person.
  • Giveaway ends Monday Dec. 31st at Midnight Pacific Standard Time.
  • Winner will be announced Wednesday January 2nd!

    Thanks for the lovely giveaway! I am a book lover and this would be the most ideal gift for me, if I win. 🙂 and I have followed you on FB – Surabhi Surendra and Twitter – Womanatics.

    My goal for the new year – following the gang rape case that has evoked outrage in India, my country, I have decided to not turn a blind eye to any injustics happening commonly around. Also, at a personal level I have decided to be more calm and infuse more happiness and peace in my family. I intend to do this by focussing on my life and bringing few positive changes in me!

  5. Followed your twitter and fb! In 2014 I’ll be 30, of course I’d like to be wiser and more in tue with myself and others. I could use Pamela Redmond’s book to checklist! I have been searching for that book but they didn’t have it here! I’m from Indonesia by the way 🙂

    1. Read the entire Bible in 1 year. Yes there’s an app for that.
    2. Do a century ride for the first time since 2004. I’m doing America’s Most Beautiful Bike Ride at Lake Tahoe on June 2, 2013.
    3. Complete the 1st third of my curriculum for 3rd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do.

  10. Extend compassion to include self . Construct a reading teepee for niece and nephew. Gracefully see my daughter off to college.

  11. To stop procrastinating. I started up again a few years ago and nothing muchg has been dome. I have goals I want to complete!.
