My goal for the new year – following the gang rape case that has evoked outrage in India, my country, I have decided to not turn a blind eye to any injustics happening commonly around. Also, at a personal level I have decided to be more calm and infuse more happiness and peace in my family. I intend to do this by focussing on my life and bringing few positive changes in me!

1. Read the entire Bible in 1 year. Yes there’s an app for that.
2. Do a century ride for the first time since 2004. I’m doing America’s Most Beautiful Bike Ride at Lake Tahoe on June 2, 2013.
3. Complete the 1st third of my curriculum for 3rd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do.
Say no, mean it, and don’t feel guilty.
My goal is to reinvent myself.
I want to finish writing my first novel and get it published!
Extend compassion to include self . Construct a reading teepee for niece and nephew. Gracefully see my daughter off to college.
This year I plan to eat healthier, work out regularly and write daily.
